what is a mnemonic abyss?
Ответитьunless PEMDAS is a word.. it's not an acronym
ОтветитьI grew up as a special needs kid where I used to have a "helper" with me at all time so I wouldn't disrupt the class.
I used mnemonics to learn Thai language. I found making something stick in my head through a weird connection made every thing stick for good.
It's an amazing learning technique that and the military approach where you sit with 10 words every day and you don't leave till you get all them words correct.
Feliz cumpleaños mamá

ОтветитьFantastic! Very helpful. Thank you!
ОтветитьWhat should I do...I can't even remember the mentioned points😒
ОтветитьThe problem for me is that I often forget the memory trick I'm using, itself. I'll give a personal example. When I was in college, I had to remember whether glutamate, glycine, and GABA are excitatory or inhibitory transmitters. I came up with my own mnemonic device that helps me remember glutamate is excitatory because the word glutamate contains the letter "t" and "t" looks like the positive sign "+" which stands for positive or excitatory. But a few weeks later, I completely forgot I had used this mnemonic device and actually had to look up each neurotransmitter all over again. To be clear, I remembered HAD a mnemonic device, I just didn't remember what that device was. It's frustrating when I can't recall a memory trick I used.
