To anyone who has a comment on the fumes, smoke, exhaust: the engines on this bad boy were the most thermal efficient machines (not just engines, we’re talking anything that burns something to make something move) EVER BUILT. At 43% actual, they dwarf the 25% on paper figure of the engine in your car. You are seeing fumes at speeds the engines are not designed to be efficient, they’re meant to be supersonic.

Growing up in Cornwall in the UK very near lands end, the Concord's flight path went right over us. I remember as a kid hearing her going supersonic, the plane was of course miles off the coast but the rumble was very audible. It was very common to hear it in the early morning. just a boom boom. Sadly a sound that has not been heard since 2003.

My sister lived west of London. Planes flew high up. One day I heard a really loud noise but there was only one a long way up. Thats Concorde she said. Boy was it loud. Like the Vulcan bombers that rattled the crockery in my parents house as they took off from RAF Waddington in Lincoln.

Got a freebie on this from JFK to London Heathrow in 1986. Noisy as at take off, quietens down enroute and just a small jolt felt when breaking the sound barrier. Invited to cockpit during the 3 hour 16min flight.

When I lived in Dallas, Texas from the late 1970s to early 1990s, we were fortunate to watch the Concorde landing and taking off at DFW aeroport in 1979 until Braniff suspended the transcontinental Concorde service in May 1980. Back then, the aeroport was surrounded by empty land so Concorde didn't have severe noise abatement restrictions when taking off as it did at JFK and other airports. Concorde was allowed to take off at full power until it reached the cruising altitude. I never forget the sight of Concorde using the afterburners during the quick take-off in front of Braniff Terminal 2W. Not to mention the sensational noise and vibration that reverberated through the building and glass windows.

By the way, lot of people didn't know about this. In 1986, Air France flew one of its Concorde to Leipzig, East Germany, as part of promotion for the famous Leipziger Messe and for its close business relationship with Interflug, the former East German state airline. Due to the strict rule of flying over East Germany between West Germany and Berlin (West) , Air France had to fly over English Channel to Denmark before "slingshotting" into East Germany, passing East Berlin in the east before landing at Leipzig (LEJ). The East German government allowed Concorde to fly over its country at Mach 2 for several minutes before landing at LEJ and flying back to France. Thus, breaking the European overland speed record for passenger aeroplane, which remained unbroken to this day. Air France made about eleven flights to East Germany, and British Airway one, for a few more years until the breach of Berlin Wall in 1989. LEJ remained the only aeroport in the Soviet bloc that Concorde landed.

Makes me proud to be british seeing this fly, what sad sad sight, america as usual did their best to totally destroy the concorde by banning it landing almost every airport, such a shame, same as after WW2 they ended british empire, for helping us in ww2 defeat nazis we surrended most our overzeas bases and didnt finish paying the states until 2017 i think it was, germany who lost gained the most as did japan, britai who sacrificed EVERYTHING to defeat germany and their terrible racist ideology lost by far the most despite winning the war but still, all these lefty marxist wankers despise the uk as racist and terrible i hate the modern left as elon said 15 years ago ieff of centre i stayed same bemiefs but left gone so crazy far left i now considered on the right who changed ? Defeat the left their gender ideology neo gender ideological colonialism

To anyone that causes the exhuast of the aircraft, the exhaust of the engines happen 25% of the time, then 50% of the time more, followed by fumes that last about 35% more than 15% more of the time, and then the aircraft pollutes before you were born Shinecock Hills which is normally an MRI followed by a neurologist for ticks from Sharon and Sarah's shootings in the Bronx appropriately, which means morgan and Andrew Bean need to diagnose chronic LYme disease without being prompted because the issue becomes how do you travel to tAmpa Florida on jetblue when one may have to do that instead oveR Christmas if the sector of disabled Belle Haven including Matt Lauer remains there between Christmas and New Year's causing a power failure of the times. The issue of the how the issue of how one behaves is the question because we believe BTAX Concorde aircraft out of Heathrow out of being in the middle of being in the middle of the so-called "issue of noise pollution" is three hours of nothing in an emergency room because you can die, and I accuse Peter's side of death row and I think that side knows how to cause power fruses that close down Binney and Greenwich Point due to Blumenthal's abusing in Southampton NYC as well as Suzanne Ford in Redding Ct and Tom and Sue's boat from Valbella row #4 to Richards as well as Richard Harris, the plantiff, Kidder Peabody associates, we think, is responsible for a retirement package at the Stanwitch Club that is highly inappropriate to discuss. The issues is that Matt Lauer is abusive, controlling, dangerous, narcisstic, and cannot beaeverment behave from Heathrow to NYC appropriately for dinner and owns a gun I believe such as an AR-14 at the Air Force which is a year-long court appearance to come back. Ralph Denunzio's side is expensive and has attempted weapons before which we know are form Kim Jong Il's Regime when I think Ralph owns weapons himself and he damn well knows this, he overporpsed to Stella ath te Stnaiwthc club in the 1980s, and I think he caused Richard Harris to do handicapped parking in the town of Grerenwich. I think Ralph is a bad guy, the issue of a power freak in my my town, whether he passed- it says he did, but then the motive is that Peter DeNunzio's side discussed Fred Couples inappropratiely plsu I believe that "Matt Lauer" initated Southampton NYC inapproprately through Richards CEO of NYC. Particilaruly since it took either three hours to figure this out, but I think that hiring car services of PEter DEnunzio's side needs ot sotp or I will never see this side again for the resto fh tierl ives. They have done so many bad hing- Ability Beyond, Osyset Bari n the Terminal, dangerous catch-22s about expired metro north trains, before ou werer born history, plus Uncle David's sleeping habits at the Griff with no power I think Peter DeNunzio is a dangerous kind of guy, and I think he has weapons called "Shinecock's frenzy" of things that are not appropriate to discusss the issue of being in the middle of being in the middle of what we call "socailly appropriate" norms of being in techincal pressent of things. Things of where the State of Connecticut has abused "Lauer's abuse of Shinecock's aircraft in the 1000s" of being correct.
