ADC have always been kind of weak, especially in the current season. 48% winrate on the ADC role on average over all seasons, all regions. 47% global this season, 45,5% euw this season. Crit has been weak since the nerfs in S1. Navori's quickblades has potential but other than that all crit items are horrendous underperformers. ADC's with gargoyles and flat AD (DD, Hull, etc.) have a severely higher winrate, not to mention 'off-meta' champion picks.

Damn, I had the same issues and still do to some degree, when I died once from a bad mistake, I got tilted, I would try to ff and didn't care about the game anymore, just wanting to go next. I only attacked my desk though, not my wall and my desk can take it, 0 damage, it is very sturdy.
