The big takeaway from this is that nothing worked besides accutane. Sometimes we like to talk about things like apple cider vinegar or clay masks, but in reality, you clearly see acne when using those products, and clear skin after starting accutane. Truth is, the apple cider vinegar did not help. The accutane did.

I want everyone to know that you can clear your skin for a while, but make sure to wash your hair every day, and don't lay in bed with unwashed hair, or you will KEEP breaking out.

Stress is still the main evil for my skin, and it's the hardest to get rid of.😔

I am 15 yrs old rn and her happenings are started to show from me .. lowkey scared but i know i can get throught this.

I struggled for years with acne. A friend saw a post on my Facebook that I was on a juice fast and asked me if I’d mind telling her why .
I explained about my acne issue.
I’d tried everything except Accutane.
I was hoping the juice fast would starve my acne.😂.
She recommended I try a medication called “spironolactone” .
IT CHANGED MY LIFE!!!!!
I eventually tapered off of it . I have been acne free for almost a decade.
I’m forever in debt to the woman who suggested it.
Anytime I see a woman with severe acne it takes so much self control not to tell them my story.

The origins super spot remover is a god send!!
I discovered it abt 3 months ago and the first time I applied it on my pimples (i only apply is on my pimples) i swear the pimples were smaller, esp this one huge one that hurt and was annoying me

My current skin care routine that works for me:
In the morning:
- origins frothy face wash
- moisturizer
- spf

At night:
- the same face wash
- apply the pimple remover gel on pimples

And then twice a week I use a face mask that came in the package I bought the other two in

This has improved my skin by a lot!!

icing your pimples can make your skin very sensitive, and if you want to get rid of acne here are my personal tips
1 limit your stress ( its the biggest acne trigger, walking in the sun for 20 min a day is a great stress reliever)
2 limit your sugar
3 exercise( sweating can really improve your skin, take of your make-up before it can get in your pores)
4 i know everybody says this but get 8+ hours of sleep. it helps so much
5 eat foods with zinc, antioxidants, and vitamins such as vit-c
as for skincare tips
1 always and always wear spf
2 les is more.
3 claymask and peeloff can be very drying, try a sheetmask
-morning
--cleanser (one that is not stripping)
--serum (i recommend a hydrating one)
--moisturizer ( your skin needs moister for it to heal itself)
--spf
-night
--micellar water
--cleanser
--treatment ( i recommend ordinary niacinamide 4 times a week and paula's choice bha 3 times)
--moisturizer

I watched this like 2 years ago and I had clear skin back then I would never thought that Ill use accutane as well. But here I am on the 12th week of accutane and I remembered this video and literally searched it and It is rlly inspiring to watch other ppl improve themselves especially improve their skin. Time literally flies.

Make sure when u use the AZTEC face mask, that afterwards you apply moisturiser, as that face mask is so strong that is sucks the moisture from ur face!

I took Accutane best decision ever! my acne was so bad my face is covered with scar, i just wish I could afford it sooner to avoid the scaring and insecurity it caused me.

update: I now have 2 days left of accutane. it’s been a journey.
