I’ve been rewatching this feud on Peacock. I’m just saying; I’d still be okay with Seth taking the Undisputed title from Roman. This was such an amazing program.

This was a nice thing because it finally tied up the loose end of Roman not really giving a shit about the shield ending. The shield ended and Ambrose and Rollins feuded but Roman kinda just moved on to the title scene and barely if ever seemed like he was mad or hurt about the shield ending. Clearly in storyline it did bother him and I wish they played into that more when it was still fresh.

The energy these two Throw on a character perspective is crazy

Seth Rollins, an actual world champion who shows up to defend a title. Roman is a joke compared to Seth, the real World Champ. Get the belt off that part time slacker Roman.

I feel like Seth ducking the Superman punch isn't appreciated enough. I know it's a simple thing, but the added context from weeks prior and the promo exchange really make it a biggerv deal in my opinion. Seth is the best foil for Roman and the mind games he played this night (which were facts btw) knocked Roman off his game so much that he fell out of his usual "Cool, calm, and collected" demeanor being the tribal chief and was in his feelings. He reacted instead of remaining calculated. And this played out in their match really well too. Roman losing control of his emotions and reacting caused him to LOSE the match by DQ. While it was cathartic for Roman in the end and he left as champion, he still lost. Both the match and the demeanor of always being level headed and a step ahead of his opps. As we've seen since, he's lost his cool many times. And each instance has slowly chipped away at him. I wonder how different his character will be once he loses everything.
