I have terrible sleeping littrally can’t sleep my doctor gave me sleeping tablets and they help I didn’t want to take them but the constant no sleep is ruin my life. I listen to this to calm down it helps a lot to switch off n just listen. Sleep well people this one is the best I’ve found so far been using it ages. Sleep well people good night x

I open 2 windows wide letting the coold winter in, i turn of the heating letting the coold make its way thru the floor, i put on a fan direkted toards my bed, i turn on my speaker on full volume playing rain and i then huddle up in my blankets. So cozy
