yeah, i little advice...put a cam, and u will see it s like ..90% 100 kicks will be not like in this video , i throw from 1 hour, but identic, or most powerfull, but nobody said u can change or not ur , u want to be unic...u think if gonna go in cage or thing...with this...i m a mma . ...help me BJJ grappling, i want to become a rel striker too...first nybody put first money in urself..go to brazil bjj, go to thay ..learn this kind...it s different the energy, the heat...so make a little after a day , every day make ur little video jab /cross uppercut , hook. all kicks, elbows knees flying knees, and day after day it s not 5 min maxim....so watch day 1 and day 10 ...or how fast u learn..u feel power when i hit....i look at my video it s not the same ..
