I have 2 parakeets same color blue and green they're so loving but they're in their cage and I'm scared if I let them out they will fly away forever. Any suggestions on how or should I take them out or no?

We don't know if it was abandoned or if it flew away and didn't find his way back home.
I have seen clips where they take their birfs out for free flying and they always come back.
Maybe they do not always do so.

I love them so much, I live in a city with a lot of buildings but also with trees in Brazil, I hope someone has caught them and is taking care of them. Send me positive energy please. You cannot just assume someone let him go, or abandoned him. That is just ignorance. It happens all the time that people accidentally leave their windows open, or they get out of their carrier on the way to the vet and fly away. (The vet incident happened to my friend. She beats herself up to this day, and it happened 8 years ago.)

They are the most sweetest, loving, caring angels I have seen in the world. They are cute smart lovely they deserve a lot in this world

Please just call the vet and they will deal with them or try and take them to a very safe place with people that are nice and won’t hurt the bird or click on this message and hit reply since I know about birds and please never do anything without talking to a professional like never feed any animal human milk unless they’re allowed to have it which there’s probably no animal in this world it’s allowed to have human milk, so just please simply type of these exact words, veterinarians office numbers or just veterinarians near you and Call one of those numbers and speak to them and they will know what to do

You found him just in time. Parakeets don't live very long out in nature since they are domesticated. He would have probably died within a few days. I have adopted 9 parakeets over the past years from people who didn't want them or they could not take care of them properly. I am down to one female yellow and green now, Mz. Burdie. She is free in my apt during the day but goes into her cage to sleep. I love birds and I am so happy to see your story. You are truly a good person.

That's crazy. I found mine also in NYC ((court Sq, LIC) also without a band. I saw the falafel guy climbing a tree, suddenly she flew right to my hand. Iwent to a let store, bought me a cage and took her on the ferryboat to NJ. I named her Sushi and she was a dear friend, I miss her everyday,.
