What's your honest opinion on the Massimo/benchee warrior 1000?

I bought an 800. Took off the exhaust and the thing hauls a!!! I've had 10 bales of hay on it. Winched crossties out of a creek. It does have some downsides but the thing is a beast.

Can that be registered road legal in PA?
