I live in a house over 100 years old, I also have all the walls in every room white, and then build colour, vintage items, appropriate scale to room size, probably look amazing in any style home, but always start with a white canvas and then change your colour choices of cushions, blankets etc, you can’t go wrong ❤

Beautiful house, not a huge fan of some of the stuff inside the house but regardless the house itself is beautiiful both on the outside and the inside. LA has some gorgeous architecture but oddly a lot of people with money like living in ugly houses there.

I can see why she bought this house. I wouldn't mind living there, myself. Love the architecture, the age/time period it came from, & the peacefulness. I love the chandeliers, candles, floral paintings & wallpaper, among other things.

Do you need walk in cabinetry this would be a great space for a beautiful design for rich spanish brown wood feel with plashes of smooth drywall and seating in the center or cabinetry with built in seating.

I love everything about this house but I'm sorry, those disco balls have got to go! To each his own, I guess. She did a great job on the tilework around the fireplace. I appreciate how she is committed to keeping the original look of the house. It's such a horror to walk into a Spanish style home and find purple walls or wall-to-wall carpeting!

I think your style without putting a label on it is unique and very well put together, eclectic is overused boring and uninteresting if you ask me, very different than your home style. In all honesty ill name, it a traditional southwest home style, there's a few of those in the outskirts of El Paso, mainly Swiss Italian Swiss European people's homes in the area, around La Union Chamberino region. All is missing is the farm dust and spidery webs of which appropriate an unique and very natural beauty style, I've been in a whole lot of houses in that region.

What a lovely and charming home and home owner. It's music 🎶to my ears that she plans on preserving its character and paying tribute to the style and era of the home. It breaks my heart 💔when people purchase historic homes in historic neighborhoods only to tear them down and build some dystopian monstrosity.

Old LA is beautiful. I’ve lived in SoCal for 40 years. LA is not a particularly beautiful city, but there are sections of it that are. And you’ll never find them on the major roads.

A great house and nicely decorated. Not pretentious at all. The weather here is fantastic 90% of the time.
