What is the lipliner color?

It is very hard to do fair haired/skinned blue eyed girls make up without overdoing it. I do think this is overdone. Less is definitely more on a fair blonde woman.

If you have a natural fair complexion, no makeup can be better than your natural skin tone.
Light and simple makeup can give ladies more attractive appearances, but many layers of cosmetic products will make them look unatural and more fake than attractive

I would love to see you try this again at some point with a natural blonde. I feel like blonde people's hair can often be much less golden than this and so the colors that would complement must be different.
