Hey so i fish south tampa a bunch and i wss watching your top water video from about two years ago and i noticed you having struggles with the treble hooks. There is a company called salt strong and they make a top water walking bait that har inline hooks witch are like circle hooks and i have way better luck not loosing fish i know your a big nlbn guy but i would recommend checking them out!

Informative video as usual! Although I’m impressed with the new shrimp, I can’t get past the name Amber Alert. As a mother and grandmother who fishes, an Amber Alert is like a parent or grandparent’s worst fear. I know, most of y’all won’t care, but you would think they could’ve come up with a better name that didn’t remind people of kids being kidnapped. Kind of like naming a lure the molester. Just doesn’t have a good vibe. Unbelievable aerial of the black drums!

Justin, I would say the shrimp works, especially in that cold water. Great vid and action, I'm gonna have to try them shrimp being I pretty much have all of the NLBN baits. My fav is the lil mullet and paddle tails.

I got 2 or 3 slot Snook on the Amber Alert this morning NLBN's 3" Shrimp works great on winter Negative lows. No need for 1/8 Oz. 1/4 works great in 1 to 2 feet of water.
