How to FIX PS4 Safe MODE LOOP! (5 BEST METHODS) (2019 Help Tutorial)

Yea it helped i thought i did something wrong because i literally tried everything in the order before i watched this video because it tells you it will delete everything and i didn't want to do that. Needless to say i have 3 days worth of data i need to reinstall. Since uptade it freezez and prevents all ps4 users from doing anything they dod the same for ps3 when came oit with ps4 now doing the same with new ps5 out and hurting ps4 users again as for ps3 too. Screw theese updates. Of they try to havw me do any more uptades with ps5 i will sue their asses and there should be a class action mawsuit. I screenshot over 500 comentors using ps4 stati g aame bs with new update it is rediculous.

Mine will do safe made but will not do any of these it just goes black an turns off then back on and blue light just flashes i have changed cords and no luck I believe she is fried

Long story short try everything in safe mode if those things don’t work factory reset PlayStation

My controller wont navigate the safe mode menu.

Have connected different data cables, changed hdmi, many many restarts. Also tried using a cabled keyboard.
unfortunately, I am still unable to navigate the menu. The only command im able to do is Pressing X.

No up, No down, nothing but X

Any help would be really appreciated

lol i some how did this and freaked out thinking i factory reset my brothers ps4 lol thankfully i was able to fix it i guess by rebuilding data base idk if i could have just hit the restart ps4 and it wouldnt have dont anything to his saved data lmao but still very scary lmao

I cant move from yes or no when u click on all the options anyone know why? I can go up and down thru the 7 options but once clicked on it won't let me select yes or no options

So when your data gets deleted, will your recent add ons/ dlcs you downloaded also get deleted?

FIX: I was stuck in Safe Mode, in the end all I had to do to fix it was download the system update, and then select option 4: Restore Default Setting.

I’ve tried all these options but nothing works

So it’s now 2022 and I’m now getting the safe mode loop. Never had a problem in the 10 years or so but these last couple of weeks there’s been issues. I’ve tried rebuilding data base twice now and that doesn’t seem to work. If I restart the ps4 from the safe mode list it loads up fine and can play as normal but the problem is when I turn off the PS4 then back on again later the problem is still there I’ve even downloaded the latest software update 9.04. I’m thinking it’s time for a new hard drive, although I have another PS4 could I not just swap the hard drives over?

When I go into safe mode and I push the PS button it takes me to the safe mode screen that has the seven options it is highlighted on the seventh option and I cannot switch it to any other number it is always on seven can anyone tell me what I can do to fix it

i need help so i installed a usb update file for my ps4 but after it installed it restarted and it still wont let me get on it goes to saying connect a cable for the ps4 and then after it goes straight to saying you can install a ps4 update file on the ps4 network or it says the usb isnt plugged in even though it is but when i click cancel it crashes and i need help bad pleaseeeeeeeeee
