Why do we have a govt entity deciding what is constitutional or not? The constitution was created to protect the citizens from govt. So no part of the govt should have a say in it. Including any court.

Most people don't know " well regulated " meant having a full kit including everything required to fire ball ammunition. Local communities would muster their citizen army. If you weren't well regulated and could be fined.

There's open voter fraud in Oregon. When 114 was being voted on, they invalidated thousands of votes to push it through, and when caught, they just laughed about it. Mail in needs to be illegal, and all of those involved in voter fraud need to be in prison. Also the entire permit to purchase is a scam. People, including LEOs that have permits, and taken classes, are not exempt. There is no new process. They created a method that doesn't exist, to ban everyone, and put gun stores out of business. People need to realize this. If you have taken the classes, and have a concealed carry permit, you still cannot buy a new gun. It's a flat out ban. Also, yes, Article 1, section 27 voids it all anyway, as well as the 2nd Amendment.

The most disturbing thing about these cases is that the judges base their conclusions and decisions on their political leanings and affiliations rather than the language of the US Constitution which clearly states that our right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, and that the people have every right to form and are innately part of the militia, and that the militia must be well regulated, or in essence properly functioning, trained, and equipped to modern military specifications for infantry and cavalry. In plain, simple language, this means that individuals have every right to keep and bear modern state of the art arms which are defined as any single human portable anti personnel weapon such as select fire assault weapons, pistols, knives, bats, and other anti-personnel weapons. Individuals don't have a right to explosive rockets, naval vessels, tanks, artillery, nukes, bombers, fighters, and other weapons of mass destruction.

All gun laws are unconstitutional infringements. Denial of a constitutional right is a felony under 18 USC SS 242. Why are politicians who deprive 2A rights under color of law not pursued criminally?

The Democrats future play will be to restrict magazines to 1 single round. If they can limit them to 10 rounds because "magazines are not arms" there will be nothing to stop them.

Its a shame that the 2nd Amendment is not a right but a favor or privilege in America.

The goal of the Democrats is to DisArm Every Law Abiding American Citizen, and they are absolutely winning in most areas.

The 2nd Amendment has become a favor or privilege given by the government, that can be easily restricted or taken away with a simple stroke of 1 Politicians pen. This has happened in many American states and it will continue to happen in more, it is no longer a Constitutional right of the people to bear arms.

If the US Supreme Court wasn't filled with a bunch of Cowards, they would have ruled on the statement "Shall Not Be Infringed" Decades ago. The definition of that one statement is all that matters, but these spineless cowards want to avoid that ruling at all costs.

The 2nd Amendment was written as a protection for the citizens against a Tyrannical Government, and the potential Tyrannical Government are the ones who get to regulate that protection. It's a bad joke. It's become such a joke that when this is brought up to Democrat Politicians openly in congressional sessions the Politicians actually Laugh out loud at the idea of the people using their Firearms to Defend itself against a Tyrannical overreacting government. Jerry Nadler has laughed about it and Joe Biden did it too.

If I'm wrong about these things, then help me understand why 1 Constitutional right is constantly gutted and chipped away at by the Democrat Politicians, but no other Amendments are never toyed with.
