Great review! didn't know it's just 3 elements, amazing!
ОтветитьTT Artisan just released their version. It's significantly cheaper. This company is finished.
ОтветитьJust get a Diaplan for 50 bucks
Ответить"if you don't like it, don't buy it." How would a photographer know if they like it or not unless they buy it?
ОтветитьI do have one and it is just magical 🧙
ОтветитьThe kickstarter campaign was a scam, they were selling rebranded Mitakon lenses for double the price. The new management seems to take things more seriously really building the lenses in Germany. Let's see...
ОтветитьThe new Trioplan is a failed replacement. Compare photos with classics. Old is cheaper and has a typical character. The new Trioplan really isn't ...)
ОтветитьHow on earth have you found these lenses??!! Please guide me how to find these. I don't have much money but I love photography and I have a Nikon D80. It is still a beautiful camera and I am planning for a Fuji XT-100 because it is in my budget but I am overwhelmed by a few of these lenses and having a wishful thinking that if I could find at least one of them but I don't know where to find them and at a cheap rate. 😢
ОтветитьWas this on a Fuji body?
ОтветитьI have the original version. I had no idea that it was worth that amount til I first started seeing everyone talking about “the magic trioplan soap bubble” lens.😂
You’re absolutely right about it being an artistic lens, a lot of people don’t understand that, and at first it can be difficult to get results.
Always you are best mr mathieu
Ответитьthe same lens sell for 999 euro now
ОтветитьMight make a nice lens for interviews or music videos.
ОтветитьWhen I find Trioplan for 10... I will buy it for sure, but I won't find Trioplan for 10 I am afraid... :-)
ОтветитьCame here for soap bubble effect but ended up listen to your french-english.
ОтветитьWould love to see new review for trioplan 100mm version 2👌🏻😊
ОтветитьNice review, Thx.
ОтветитьThank you for the video
Do you have the link for this product ?
Thanks!
ОтветитьGreat video!
Is there other lenses with that soap bubble bokeh? I remember seeing some Canon ones, but not exactly which models.
I have a Jupiter 9 85mm, Canon nFD 85mm, Helios 44-2, Helios 44m-4, but only the helios can do a little bubbles, but not that much.
I have a 135mm f/3.5 CZ Triopar lens with Exaxta Mount adapted to my A6500 Sony camera...
ОтветитьBeautiful lens, but that turkey grossed me out lmao!
ОтветитьI'm a multiple time watcher and now subscriber of your channel,,,Great work ,,really appreciate how you shoot the lights out with everything you talk about,,,Your videos are so instructional,,,,great information backed by beautiful images,,,,Nice work!!
ОтветитьAwesome. Love your videos.
Ответитьquick and efficient review! great!
ОтветитьWhat's up Matthew how are you? Would you believe I have to 50mm versions of this old school lens.? You are right it is a specialty type of lens but I did a very thorough review of it on my channel recently and I pushed it to the limits doing everything from street photography to the obvious soap bubbles. Feel free to check it out if you like. And yes$1,500 is a lot for a lens with only three elements. Then again a Leica noctilux will make it look like a deal LOL. Peace
ОтветитьI remember when 'soap bubble' Bokeh was considered a bad thing, a sign of a poorly/cheaply manufactured lens.. The Helios 44-3 58mm has it in spades.. I always loved it, even before it was hipster 'cool'. 😀
Ответитьi can get this ugly bokeh just adapt old pentacon 6 zeiss biometar 80/2.8 for a few bucks (30-60$)
Ответитьive got mine coming
ОтветитьIs their another and cheaper way to create a bubble bokeh?
ОтветитьGREAT, GREAT, GREAT Channel, I love the content. Hi from Venezuela!
Ответитьoriginal trioplans are like 500 us dollars or ?..
ОтветитьJust a recomendation: Up the volume - it's really really low.
And if you want to add really quality voice over, I suggest you buy the Sennheiser MKH-416; it's the cinema industry's standard for dialoge and voice over.
Hello/ Bonjour!
Have you tried the new trioplan 50 f2.9? If so, what do you think?
I've got an old one for US$ 40 on ebay 6 years ago. It's too soft at f2.8 and very sharp at f4. I'm using it with my Sony a850 a-mount with a cheap m42 adapter. The bokeh is amazing
ОтветитьHi Mathieu, a wonderful video. Is the lens coupled for rangefinder; for example, can you focus on a Leica? Their website does not really explain much.
ОтветитьThat's a lot of money to spend for what essentially is just one type of shot. The rest of the qualities (vintage look, low contrast, and even to some extent the unique bokeh) can be achieved by easily-found Soviet Jupiter lenses that rarely cost more than $100, including shipping from Russia or Ukraine.
ОтветитьWonderful review :)
Ответить"exagonale, in ze shep of a ring" Love it.
ОтветитьI have two original Trioplan 100mm f2.8 both are in mint condition if see it you will say its new !
Ответитьnot for me but love your videos man
Ответить"it takes time to fully master ze bubble." awesome review. Keep em coming.
ОтветитьWow! Super bokeh to super sharp—I want!
ОтветитьThanks for sharing. I was lucky enough to buy an original Trioplan on ebay a few months ago for £252. I love it so much. the Bokeh is one of a kind and makes your work very unique.
ОтветитьTo expensive!
There are some old lens outside of the trioplan it is the same look!
I have some videos in German of my Trioplan work
Nice Bubbles ... looks like a fairy tale
ОтветитьIt's funny, only two years back you were able to get one in mint condition for 130-200€. Then they started the kickstarter campagne and the prices exploded.
Ответить
