You just dropped some serious knowledge about obtaining your PMP. Loved how you broke it down, and you had me cracking up on some parts. Wish I would've come across your page before. Anywho, I'm set to take my PMP on 1/24/24 at a Pearson facility (wish me luck). Unfortunately, it took longer than four weeks to get me to this point, more like two months. But I made sure to put my hours of studying in and took a massive amount of mock tests. Scoring 80 or better on many and some 70’s 😬. I feel I'm ready.
Great Content and will share your page. Peace

ОтветитьThank you your open and honest insight on this topic. I’ve been a Project Coordinator and Project Manager for several years without a certificate. I’m tired of not earning my worth and ready to take the next step. I’ve tried the coursera approach which I realized would not be the most effective for obvious reasons. Everything you’ve explained is exactly what I needed to hear. I’m a communicator, facilitator and organizer in my experience. I recently became a member of PMI organization, building my network, communicating with others in the field and ready to invest in passing the PMP (spoke it into existence last year) on my first try. Thanks for sharing these gems and I will continue to follow..
Ответить😊 Hi, I really enjoyed this video! I especially liked the options that you explained. However, in my situation I think it'll take me a considerable amount of time to get certified. I'm an older military veteran starting school to achieve my Associate's degree in business management, then move on to get a Bachelor's degree in PM. Hopefully during that time I will gain experience in leading projects (36 months; scope of work). I was so jazzed up by your video that I ordered the two books you suggested, they arrive Monday. Just having them around this early will serve to keep me motivated. Thanks again, and please keep dropping those gems!!! 🤗💜
