I used organic tortillas from Costco to gain 10 lbs in about 3 weeks. Probably not the healthiest way but I love them lol. Hey it looked like you were using a nonstick pan to cook with, consider cooking with ceramic or cast iron. The pfas chemicals in the non stick is pretty bad. I actually felt better when I switched over. And an idea for a video , having a relationship and the emetaphobia. How was your partner supportive and did the phobia put any strain on the relationship at all.

I have to tell you, that breakfast is incredibly unhealthy, especially if you are trying to maintain a healthy blood sugar level with no spikes. The granola is loaded with sugar and so is the Kind bar, and the flavored yogurt is filled with artificial junk. This breakfast immediately spikes your blood sugar first thing in the morning, which is bad because you will crash in a few hours and you will get craving for sugar, you will get tired and get brain fog. You might as well eat a jelly donut with a can of coke for breakfast,it would have the same affect on your body. A good breakfast for you would be a couple of whole eggs, and a bowl of plain oatmeal ( nothing in it but the oats) and put some fresh berries on top. If you like yogurt, get plain fat free Greek yogurt with no flavoring. This is a healthy breakfast with good carbs and good protein that will give you long term energy and not spike your blood sugar. Look into something called the glycemic index,it tells you how different foods effect blood sugar. Try to eat things low on the index. Beware,a lot of things say they are healthy and they are not, you have to read the ingredients. Stay away from anything that says"natural flavors" it's a marketing scam. Oh yeah, and no juice,it might seem healthy but it isn't, it's all sugar.
