So like when you're making content on weight loss, do you have to put doctor approved post? Like what sorts of information do you use? Are you going and finding relevant information to weight loss on Google and other search engines and then I'm putting that with valuable content into your blog? Or are you coming up with this stuff organically? I'm sorry if my question sounds dumb I'm really new to this and I'm trying to get a from the ground idea of how to build a good blog.
