Here in the Philippines, we are a poor, overpopulated country but because we lack urbanization and factories, you can see how so much of nature is preserved. I'm conflicted because as much as I want my people to get out of poverty, inevitably these luscious forests and natural beauty will diminish when urbanization increases. It's so difficult to achieve economic growth without severely hurting nature's wonders.
