So do they just deny Tinnitus out of hand? I was denied even though I can pinpoint the start to my time in Korea during a live fire range day, I fired off 9 AT4s plus about a thousand rounds of 5.56 belt out of my SAW. Lets ignore that after the Army I went Air Medical Evacuation in the AF. Denied claim. WTF
ОтветитьTinnitus is not the easiest claim to get approved.. unless you complained about it during time of service, during my claim 7 out of the 10 of us who claimed Tinnitus got denied, me included. I was a 91B (mechanic) in the army and gotten tinnitus after years of never wearing proper ear pro (never told the va that) and developed tinnitus during my last year of service but never got it checked out. I got out claimed it and got denied… imo PTSD is the easiest claim to make. Never had it, never will & yet i still got approved for it.
ОтветитьRumour has it C&P examiners get commision to deny claims.
Ответить60% for Gerd?!? If my higher level review is declined I’m signing up.
ОтветитьI am going to tell the truth I do not have headaches
ОтветитьHow do I contact you?
ОтветитьGreat plan
ОтветитьI went to have my ears checked last week. The doctor said I only have “ normal “ hearing loss and nothing to worry about. She never addressed my ringing in the ear. Then she said we’ll watch and wait ! I said…. “ the hell you will ! ….. I want a hearing aid ! “ So she ordered me a hearing aid . Since I’m at 100% ,, I’m gonna demand they take care of me.
ОтветитьPerscriptions from who? VA? Or I have TRICARE?
ОтветитьI have file for tinnitus and sent me to an ear test and the Dr sent in her report and I was denied..
ОтветитьAwesome. How do you explain to subscribers to write there letters?
ОтветитьI had to wait 50 years to get a 100% disability rating and I had to be terminally ill ….. dying !!. Yup … entered the Navy in 1972 ,, and in 2022 , I was treated for Triple Hit, Stage 4 DLBCL with horrific symptoms of Cachexia, Ascites and Edema. If you don’t know what these are look them up.
Ответитьwhy does your website say "Get Your MAX VA Rating Fast"? The VA works slower than molasses. I'm not doubting whether your method works but when programs like this claim the speed at which we get our claims get approved just sounds like false advertisement.
ОтветитьDoes anyone know if you have to prove that you didn't have tinnitus before serving, and if you need a doctor's backing?
ОтветитьThanks for the info. I was around jet engines and guns for my entire career. I had my hearing baseline reset 3 times just to pass a flight physical. I have bad tinnitus and have started to get headaches because of it. Thanks for the info!
ОтветитьI literately have every one of those things and much much more. It is insane how the VA tells you none of these things, and even, at times, lies! You earned this care. Go get it (honestly ofc).
ОтветитьYes I need help I’m John bonacci from New Jersey.
ОтветитьAh yes let me watch a video and magically have all these symptoms. Great video!
ОтветитьI'm a VET at 70% pension. Not everything you claim with the VA will give you a compensation increase. The VA is real good for accepting your service connected claim and giving 0% !!
ОтветитьYou said YOUR bullet proof medical statements..... are you helping with statements for veterans???😊
ОтветитьGreetings! Is there a way to know or to contact National Personnel Records Center? VA told me they are waiting on some STR from them, but since December 2022, no response from NPRC... I submitted my STR, but VA tells me they don't need nothing from me. Is a Internal Request.. what should I do ?
ОтветитьI was 10 years artillery/infantry and 3 tours. You want free money go for it and forget your integrity.
ОтветитьTinnitus is not a sure thing. Even though I was in the Gulf War, and in the Marines for 20 years, I was denied for my tinnitus. The VA conceded that I have hearing loss and tinnitus, and that I was exposed to what they call "combat noise", but their decision was that it was not attributed to my military service because of my MOS.
Ответитьgood afternoon, I am service connect with Tinnitus @ 10% for the last three months the ringing in my ears have gotten worse.I'm having the bad headaches some days I can't focus because they so bad.Can i file this with my Tinnitus?
ОтветитьWouldn't it be easier to get a rating for headaches through the PACT act due to exposure to burn pits since they presume you got it during deployment to Iraq/Afghanistan?
ОтветитьDo I have to claim tinnitus while in the military or can I do it when I'm out already
ОтветитьYou're doing great sharing this info. Thanks again
ОтветитьIm at 90% on my disability... I submitted a new claim for asthma, Gerd and allergic rhinitis. Its been over 180 days
ОтветитьJust started this va journey
ОтветитьEven s1 deserves VA benefits
ОтветитьHow to commit federal fraud in 4 easy steps 😅😂
ОтветитьWho do you recommend for help filing this claim?
ОтветитьHow would you connect tinnitus to service if you've been out since 1990 and never been treated for it? I have high blood pressure (very high) and have pretty bad heartburn/Gerd. Any help would be great, thx
ОтветитьYeah, my claim got 50% I've got multiple engagements and one IED. I'm stuck in a rut because I can't hold a job...
ОтветитьThey granted me 30% for migraine, 10% gerd, 70% ptsd, 10 tinnitus, 0% bilateral hearing loss.
ОтветитьI sharing this
ОтветитьIs it possible to claim tinnitus after years out? I do get random headaches and have ringing at random times throughout the day
ОтветитьI have a 30% disability rating, of which 10% is actually Tinnitus, what should I do now?
ОтветитьHad a allergic reaction to fire ants require empi pens think it’s probably 10% but I’ve also heard it could be 30% any info or advice appreciated thanks good video subscribed
ОтветитьIs this still possible if the pain meds you're taking for headaches (which are causing GERD) are over the counter and not prescribed?
ОтветитьI'm 60% for diabetes and 70% for PTSD. I recently went to the VA for tinnitus and inability to sleep from ringing and they gave me a machine to put on my pillow that' basically white noise. That was a few months ago and I never submitted a claim. However, I have an upcoming pcp appt because of migraines and GERD. Should I file all 3 as secondary to PTSD, or do I file tinnitus alone with migraines secondary? I just want to approach it in a logical way. I also thought about GERD secondary to diabetes because of being on insulin for 12 years, but idk if that's as strong of a link as PTSD. Or maybe GERD would be secondary to migraines because of constantly popping excedrin. Idk the best approach
ОтветитьI'm seeing this after an exam. I love you no homo
ОтветитьIf Tinnitus is so easy to get why are so many veterans getting denied, even those in the "highly probable" category in the Duty MOS Noise Exposure Listing?
Ответить15 years service. 2 tours to Iraq. Many years of loud noises, had a hearing profile in my medical records for years. Definitely ringing i my ears all the time and terrible hearing.shoulders, lower back, hips, neck hurt all the time. Wife tells me I have been super angry since getting back From my last deployment. If you are like me you just sucked it up and tried to make it to 20, that and at the time never wanted to say anything at the VA because you have friends who lost limbs or got blown up over there and in your head you felt wrong for doing so. Between all that and having sleep apnea who knows where to go from here. I feel like my body is aged double my actual age but I was never the guy who tried to go to the doc and complain all the time
ОтветитьI've been denied for a tinnitus claim, they did a hearing loss test and put some contraption on my head that wrapped behind my ears to test as well. I don't think they are just making this as simple as we think.
ОтветитьVA blew me off in 2000 after 22 years for tinnitus. Told me they provided hearing protection. Damn tinnitus is annoying as hell and getting worse. I need to go back.
ОтветитьThis is how va ratings work service member shaves butt crack gets for 50% for mental health 25% for limited mobility 25% for ingrown hair😂
ОтветитьOnce you understand that the va disability system is a martyrdom based system not a functional/pain/employability system you’ll get ahead further
ОтветитьI, too, love God and my country. Am a United States Marine and am just now after almost 50 years seeking help from VA. This young man is not telling anyone to be dishonest, he's simply trying to do what the VA should have done by educating soldiers.
ОтветитьThe VA has been giving me anti-acid medication for years. The VA Hospital says I have GERD. Is this worth anything at age 64?
Ответить
