Best GT3 cars in any sim. I don't even like GT3 usually but I can spend a good few hours in these. Love the new Akura particularly.

The fidelity in the ffb and ABS has completely changed my opinion of GT3 in AC. The merc is one of the best feeling cars in AC IMHO. (the recent Acura/Honda though, feels amazing out of the box too)

Now we just need a mod that replicates mid race saving like ACC

Some of the nicest GT3s I've driven. They're a class above most for sure.
I see LFM will be running them in the upcoming AC Season starting soon.

Actually 604 the Mercer or Merc Gt3 Evo is technically "mid" engine due to the fact the engine actually sits just driver side of the front axle which is why there is ample room for all that air to pass through and the radiator to be at such a severe angle

RSS ruined all other GT3's for me

I already own all of them but there's still much to explore.

The V on the wheels shows the mechanics where the valve is located. In some series there's no tire change allowed but you can adjust tire pressures during your driver change.

Some months ago I wrote a comment under your channel when RSS released their BMW Hybrid equivalent, wishing for this group to push the envelope a bit harder. Not only they already gave a fulfilling response basically telling us they're working hard on innovations whilst keeping the quality on top, but now this package is THE testament towards all the doubts I've had ever about RSS.

I always thought I hated GT3 cars only to realize it's the ACC physics I coulnd't stand. I finally can enjoy cars that I believed were a thousand-ton bricks with no maneuverability and can enjoy riding them through any racing track. I gotta say, things they've done with CSP physic are my remedy for what's been missing in AC and what I couldn't stand in ACC. You can feel the car, predict it and actually have fun, especially on tracks like Nordschleife where the improvements are very noticeable. Maybe putting too much of fanboyism here, but eh, I'm just riding some amazing cars that flipped my opinion about the entire class of them, I think I have my right to be excited (:

Planning to do a multi-class 24-hour race in my league soon and GT-Ms will be perfect for such occasion. Honestly I'm starting to think that whatever AC2 does, even if it's going to be the next perfect sim, I don't know what they could do to match such experienced combination.

These cars have brought me pleasure and pain.
I cant go back to acc, and i know LFM will not host gt(m)3 racing because its redundat having same stuff in two games. But RSS stuff is just more fun, dont know is better but feels alive.
Audi in ACC is so wooden and boring while RSS Aero is...

Na man, GT3 and F1 are at the top of my mods list.

If RSS pulls out a Phase 2 pack with the remaining GT3s..oh boy, it is going to be fun! 😁

Amazing video, I missed a lot of features on these cars. Btw as this is kind of "fictional" cars, it is amazing racing on fictional tracks by doublezero on RD. It is just blast experience. Thanks for vid, 3h of amazing work. :)

Also I didn’t know about the CSP feature set of GT-M mods. Absolutely stellar quality from RSS!! Will reinstall these to get the CSP version of cars instead of the vanilla version. Thanks Mike for the informative, fun and amazing video of these second to none GT3 mods. Btw I was thinking if RSS decides to do a GT4 class of mods in the future I’ll be all for it. Ideal name for class could be the GT-F class. As you switch the letter F in opposite direction with top flat line of letter F slanted at an 20 or more degree angle and you get the number 4.

Off the back of this alone I bought the pack. Took all of the cars to Brno Circuit over 2 evenings and ran them all for 10-15mins a piece.

Times: Irrelevant!

Favorite: All! Even the boat (adjacent) had it's moments!

I think there might be an issue with the tires overheating. The same thing seems to happen (to me at least) with the Au..eh Aero. The rear tires continue to heat up, never cooling down -at least while driving, so mid-Nords they are above 100 degrees

I have'nt played my OG AC in lil while. I gotta get some pay for cars. I have TONS of cars and they are good but sketchy in most cases. I'll most likley be buying these cars...look AWESOME! Cant wait.

Hello Mike, thank you for this awesome video and your effort putting all this together. I really enjoyed it. I also bought all these cars now. With the 2 new ones i also installed the csp physics. Is it done by that or do I also have to enable the "Use extended physics" on the Drive Screen in Content Manager?

Agreed with just about everything you said, class review as always.

Only thing I'd like to impart is that the "v" painted on the wheels is to indicate where the valve is, so mechanics and engineers can quickly identify it when in pit stops or prepping tyres for pressure changes etc, on track or in the paddock!

Alll this is redundant with the mind blowing AC2 in 4-6 months !

So i bought tje pack yesterday and am a little disappointed that the cars arent original brands( licenced) and was wondering if there is another mod that swaps them to the original brands

Concerning the sound, I could happily drive the Lexus and be satisfied for a long time. I was running a race against AI at Sebring last night in a Vasser-Sullivan livery from RD, and when you drive it under one of the bridges (maybe start/finish), I swear that the sound reverberates off of the walls and underside of the overpass. Too cool. The stock setup is pretty sweet for Sebring as well.

By the way Mike, you can get rid of that pixelated Moire effect on the digital rearview camera/mirror in cars like the Lanzo by disabling the "Digital screen shader" setting in the custom shaders patch Smart Mirror section.

I wish rss provided realistic high quality liveries free of charge (so they don't get in trouble) separately of their car mods

Which is a more realistic experience? AC with RSS GT3 cars, or ACC?

They are terrific, and I was hoping for a deep dive re these GT-M mods from your good self and I've not been disappointed, so thank you very much.
