Adriene, I discovered you in 2016 and ever since you have been a fundamental part of my best and worst days. You’ve helped me untangle the knot when nothing else could. So many times I have cried from relief while following your videos. I remember the first time it happened I was in awe over the whole experience, I had never felt that before in my life. Anyways I just wanted to say thank you and happy late birthday. My birthday is tomorrow and the days leading up are usually pretty rough but what has helped me get through it is practicing yoga with you ❤

ОтветитьTry Bhramari pranayam, it improves sleep quality. When you regularly practice bhramari, sleep quality reaches upto the level, where you can't remamber what was happend in the last day, your nagative thought, believes, and emotions all vanishes.

Wow this helped sooooo much! It’s crazy! I did it kus it had a lot of views without excepting much. I feel soo much calmer, relaxed and my body and muscles are not as tense anymore my mind is clearer. Definitely adding it to my daily

ОтветитьI don’t ever comment in yoga videos. Like ever. But I just felt the need to comment under this video because it might be the best yoga video to ever exist. I am 16 years old and lately I’ve been struggling with severe anxiety which hasn’t been letting me sleep or think straight.
Even though I wasn’t able to complete every exercise, and the ones I was able to complete were not perfect, I feel like this routine has changed something in me. I don’t even know how to explain. This made me cry, but in a good way. It felt like all of my concerns flew away with every deep breath. It felt like something finally helped me with these thoughts. It felt like a great relief. Thank you for this.
I really like this session but when I am anxious I am so nauseous and downward dog is so hard

ОтветитьIt's the first time I've done this practice. Yeah!!! Funny thing is that before this one I made the five minute abs work. I guess I was needing to work my abs today as both practices were on point (despite I did not count on abs work for this one just maybe some hips and lower back plusses to the surrender, heart opening and focus exercises). Also, by the end of the abs work practice I did not want to come out of reclined cobbler's pose. I wqs craving to do it again, and we did it here! 💪. Namaste! 🙏
