No good English.
ОтветитьI would also suggest that a beginner shouldn't go out and buy a $1200 machine right off the bat, do a little research and buy a good detector that will do a good job, but won't break your bank account.
ОтветитьBe careful when you have gold I've never seen anything like it I found a stash that I've been selling on eBay for the past 3 years and I can honestly tell you gold puts a spell on people they literally lose their minds be careful shop around shop around and I have to say it a third time shop around for the best price on what you've got
ОтветитьLearn how to operate at night some of the most lucrative areas in the world and I'm not going to give them away are closed off to the public but walking around at night may change your timeline and possibly your family's if you know how to play that role
ОтветитьNever ever gift a bracelet to that pretty girl you've been talking to online or wherever God forbid what may be worth a couple of hundred dollars may turn out to be thousands because of historical value and by that time she's already performing fellatio on some other guy anyways
ОтветитьLEARN HOW TO LIE. If you're playing give and take with somebody or someone give him a fake location of where you found something Every other successful person does, and so does the government.
ОтветитьAlso. KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT. If you find something of significant value- NEVER-----$$%%&%$ EVER INFORM A n Y GOVERNMENT AGENCY
They WILL steal it from you under many cleverly devised terms or conditions. Instead. Slowly invest ok gate what you have and NEVER DOSCLOSE THE LOCATION...
Wow. Never thought about #10, but always had feeling that wet ground gives better signals and more items.
ОтветитьThanks, this video was very helpful ❤
ОтветитьNot knowing how to dig a plug neatly and ending up in a mess.
ОтветитьThank you from michigan, I'm new at this and these tips helps me very much, again, thank you
ОтветитьAwesome 👌 common sense.
Ответить#11 Not digging/filling your holes properly. Causing the rest of us to be banned.
ОтветитьYoure ammazzing lad thanx 4 helping our people..Top guy m8....😊
Ответитьi went last night to a farm (chucking it down until we got there) was horrible, sticky mode was a complete mess, lol (with permission from the farmer ofc)
ОтветитьWhen i was getting started I was told #1 dig every signal to learn the machine #2 leave no trace of being there (fill your holes) #3 and always remember that your main goal is cleaning up the environment and hoping to find some goodies along the way (Trash or treasure every thing you dig comes home ).
ОтветитьJuat got a 100 dollar Det. to try it out, found some garbage at the beach, i love to walk så THX U for the advice that a find is a bonus. Makes so much sense, i live in part og Denmark where we have a lot of viking history so i will probably get af find now and then from the early days. At least i hope for the "bonus" Ill follow and soon smash some videos up in my channel bout this subject. Cheers mate for the advices
ОтветитьPrivate land 100. The rest is rubbish. Typical government. You work for something so we can take it. 😆
ОтветитьInsurance public liability and its not expensive
ОтветитьAs for cleaning stuff. Would it be a terrible idea to leave finds in oil for a few days and then cleaning them off? Or best to leave as is?
ОтветитьNO NO NO DO NOT USE A TOOTHBRUSH ON A COIN
ОтветитьExcellent vid and a good reminder for pros🙏
ОтветитьIf you're in a good spot ..dig everything (every signal) some of my best finds have had the worst signal!! (A coin on it's edge will not give as good signal as one on it's flat).
I think you should over lap your "sweeps". As far as I know your coil "sees" in a conical shape, meaning the deeper the target, say 20 cm, the less wide it sees...hope that makes sense😃
Total New bloke thank you for the info not even got a detector yet lol
ОтветитьHey Great Job. 👍
ОтветитьSome good tips there - just something I would add about swinging technique, as you go round to the left and right (to the peripheries of your swing) it is important to keep the coil as low as possible. To do that you need to swing your upper body round and adjust the angle of your wrist. Once you get that sorted, it's not hard but I am astonished when I go on club digs to see how many detectorists - some who have been at this hobby for years - don't do it. They have the coil low in front of them but as they go to the side it lifts well off the ground at an angle. Second thing, if you are using a Deus with a HF coil, or one of the X35 coils on a fairly high frequency, the detector doesn't work if you swing the coil too slowly. It's an over-generalisation to say you should swing slowly because that doesn't work for all equipment.
ОтветитьThanks for the great info, I’m just starting out so this was most helpful.
ОтветитьBiggest mistake is to buy a £500 detector. Then it's all become hilariously serious, as desperation seeps into your greedy aimless soul to f@@@ing find that bast@@@ treasure and f@@@ing NOW!
ОтветитьThank you very much for your film, which for me shows that you know what you are talking about. But for me, who doesn't know this yet, I would really appreciate it if you could make a list of the things (type of product brand and model) that you should/must have when you want to find a new hobby without getting bored sooner you have the basic principles in place. I mainly think that you should choose the best quality products regardless of what they cost in the store, but the best you can have when you are out in nature so that the hobby can become something I love to do. (I'm quite an adult with my 52 years, so I google the translation, but I feel that Google is not playing 100% on my team, but I hope that the questions are understandable to you) I'm not asking you to answer exclusively with your words, because I fully understand that there is a lot of work in answering the questions. But when I saw your film I saw you behind the text and my inner me said that This is the man who will answer you to the best of his ability and what is answered comes honestly from the heart and I never have to ask anyone the same thing again. links you know about which you know to your knowledge are correct, I value as if it is "yours" Mvh Tidenes Terje Olav Straume ([email protected])
ОтветитьGreat vid.
ОтветитьGreat video! :) I just ordered my first ever detector, an Equinox 800. I’m so desperate to start.. but until it arrives I’ll binge my “see later” list regarding its use and things I’ll need to know. Happy detecting everyone! :)
ОтветитьPin pointing know your pinpointer as well understanding the adjustments of your pinpointer and discriminating and balancing the pinpointer
ОтветитьI feel a bit lucky , after getting my metal detector I foun 4 x 2 euro coins and a child gold ring from 1960 , first time ever on the beach :)
ОтветитьGreat video, mate! Thank you.
ОтветитьI love the one about the wrong equipment👍😁 Nice to learn from videos🤙
ОтветитьIn my area, if you trespass on peoples property, jail and/or fines might be the least of your worries! In fact, there's a good chance you could have a shotgun (and possibly dogs) in your face before you even turn your detector on!
ОтветитьI just bought my first one, Thank you
ОтветитьJust starting out on this hobby and bought a starter MMO OM-C201 kit. Very good advice so will take it all in, thank you.
ОтветитьYou missed a few..
Use a plastic hand spade and stack your pan on around 8 inches of brick.
Then hover the metal detector over it.
You can dig and not hit your target.
However I have found gems with just the pan and eyes.
I want this to be the thing I do when I ain’t like fishing canals in the winter/spring months
ОтветитьWhat are our legal requirements if you find a ring, bracelet or watch? If we are allowed to sell them does it matter if you tell the buyer you found it rather than bought it? Thank you.
ОтветитьMy best tip is to go to your local police station and inform them that you will be metal detecting at such a place at such time...saves a lot of hassle..
ОтветитьGreat video 😊
ОтветитьGreat vid thanks, brand new to this bought second hand scope cs1220r, watched their own tutorial, but they spoke as if you were coming from a place of knowledge already, which I am certainly not, if there is anyone out there that knows of a proper beginners vid, coz I really don't get it, it can be demoralising when you have been digging the same hole for an hour only to suss out its a false positive (I presume!) Really need some help with the g & d stuff. But love your proper beginners stuff, many thanks
ОтветитьMy friend looks like u don't have faith they way u speech
Ответить"The length of your stem is important".... yes, yes it is.
Ответитьwell a lesson learned for me, never detect on built up ground, did my first ever field and found loads of rusty horrible stuff, near surface and deep, didnt take me long to realise it was built up ground. lesson for all
ОтветитьYou earned my subscription.....when you were honest in your knowledge base. Thank you . Refreshing.
