Is there is a tip to play this song in standard tunning, please pose it
ОтветитьGorgeous! Thanks Marty.
Ответить@Marty Music. Thanks for the help man! Black Crowes are also one of my favorite bands, In fact…top 3. I love open G tuning and have a guitar tuned that way all of the time. I would love to see you to do a tutorial for Black Moon Creeping, another great open G song!
Ответитьcool stuff - thanks for the video 🙂
ОтветитьYou came through again, Mr Swartz.
ОтветитьYou nailed the tone too. Great song
Ответитьmarty your incredible ive been learning sooo much from you for years thanks for making it doable
ОтветитьGreat band. One of my favorites
ОтветитьCan you cover the solo to this song please?
ОтветитьFUUUUUUUCK! I've loved this song forever. Faked playing it forever. Never realized it was in Open G. (I'm really a Drummer, and taught music by sax).
ОтветитьAfter many years of viewing experience with Marty, I stumbled onto this and thoroughly enjoyed the simplicity of this song and lesson. Thanks Marty
ОтветитьLove your lessons! Can you breakdown the lead to the Black Crowes “Could I’ve Been So Blind”? Thanks.
ОтветитьOutside of She Talks to Angels, what other songs do they do in open E? And do the do any other songs in open G?
ОтветитьMerci!
Ответить"Is it open?"
Ответить"Could I'd Been So Blind"....please Marty???
ОтветитьGreat job as always Marty. Thank you.
Joe
That tone is thick as a brick, I love it.
ОтветитьMarty, maybe a stupid question. I’ve seen Rich play a capo on third fret. Is he in drop G and then adds the capo or in standard and then the capo? Because to me, the notes created either way confuses me. Can you tell I’m not really a guitar player? 😆 The channel rocks. Thanks!
ОтветитьDid anyone notice that when he said hey it was right in time with the guitar
ОтветитьMarty, how is your amp set up for this song? Do you have a patch for your Katana?
ОтветитьMarty is 🔥
ОтветитьYou are the best! Thanks for making it look so easy
ОтветитьI just got the same Boss amp, but the Artist version. It sounds great! I'm just a guitar Poser trying to learn.
ОтветитьWould you mind possibly sharing what settings you're using on the amp to get the sound? I just got the Katana recently.
ОтветитьThis is awesome Marty!!!!
I finally understand this song now.
It looks like you have shown that is easier to play the correct way in the open tuning.
I looked at some other videos with standard tuning and figured it would be easier but I actually believe I could possibly pull off the slide now with this open tuning.
Glad I stumbled across your channel, Will be subscribing.
Love anything from the Black Crowes!!!!!!!
What guitar is this?
ОтветитьGreat lesson as always Marty!
ОтветитьDAMN IT I love the black crowes
ОтветитьAwesome, so easy once you know about the tuning, but what a cool sound!
ОтветитьD G D G B D
ОтветитьHow long have you been playing guitar Marty? Asking for a friend?
ОтветитьMost underrated band of all time
ОтветитьAnother awesome lesson Marty. Love that Black Crowes tone
ОтветитьAgreed…my most favorite band ever. Hey brother what les Paul model is that?
ОтветитьWhat is the amp set up?
ОтветитьVideos that would get huge views would be Black Crowes tunes taught in standard tuning.
ОтветитьIs that an overdrive pedal? And which amp? Excellent lesson!
ОтветитьAmazing riff! Thanks for sharing and teaching. What's your Katana setting at for this song? I bought the Boss Katana 50 Watt Combo Amp, per your suggestion. Still quite new to electric guitar and loving the journey. (Patrick in Chicago)
ОтветитьWhat guitar effect are you using?
ОтветитьIf you want it to sound like the record you need a slide
Ответитьgreat song to learn, thanks Marty......another excellent one with a great solo you might could show us, wallflowers - Josephine
Ответитьsong is pure secks
ОтветитьSo what do you set your amp for to get this sound.
ОтветитьThis song is so underrated
ОтветитьAwesomeness ,should have been learning OPEN G stuff YEARS AGO..thanks M !
Wish I could contribute but my old man broke ass cant..😂😆
Excellent example of that Blues, Gospel, and Southern Rock Marty!!!
ОтветитьOdd tuning so you know I'm out. Still a thumbs up though bruh!
ОтветитьI think Twice as Hard needs a slide, no doubt about that. But what an awesome song!
