ОтветитьAlmost... but no cigar for me. Keep in mind though my local chiropractor has been left dumbfounded several times by my joints inabilities to pop. Regardless though I like this exercise because it feels really good, even if it doesn't pop.

Doctor, i just wanna know can a tight sacrum or any bone stunt my height. Im in my teenage, and doubt that my tight body might be preventing me from growing tall.

ОтветитьI’m in so much pain for 2 years. Fear of losing my city job come February. Fear of losing my fiancé (we have a great relationship but I feel so guilty being injured for so long) They thought it was sciatica and the injections made things worse. They said it was my 2 herniated discs and I’ve had 2 epidurals in 3 weeks that are not helping at all. This is 2 separate work injuries. I am 40 years old and played hockey as a defenseman religiously for 30 of those years. Nobody can find the source.
ОтветитьTip: Many people when told to correct their posture actually curve it inwards rather than straightening it. To get a properly straight spine shape, pretend there's something balanced on your head that you're pushing upwards against. Or, actually put something on your head. lol.
