Then he realized he was a target for being killed off and he went into hiding in a World Above and stayed there. He did not ask for anymore tax money again. The taxes were collected by Charles and he went to work to pay for his lifestyle as a Lawyer. There were no other taxes paid out since 1975. The money they had to run the Propaganda War was by Elizabeth II stealing bank account money that was deposited by Canadians for mortgages. They made a lot of money. There are 2 days left of the Accounts by Fred demanding money to run Traffic Clones still. That is it.
