Thanks for sharing you experience. Was thinking of purchasing Xiaomi NoteBook Pro XMA2006 form Croma. I went to the store and it was not available, I was disappointed however the salesman told me that the most important thing after sale service and for MI there are only 2 service station and get very difficult to get any service later on however if you purchase Dell or HP they are reputed brand and will be more durable and after sale services is also good. You have been using the MI laptop whats your opinion

is it working fine till today sir, want to know about this product as i have purchased it and little worry about whether it will last a longer like lenovo, hp, dell or not

That's the problem with pre-installed OS, make USB bootable flash drive and install the Windows and ya that's it! good to go!

I am also also thinking to purchase laptop and I have seen MI. Any companies laptop can go wrong but the main thing is is after sales service. Do you suggest me to buy from Amazon and will I get the proper after sales service from MI service centre??

Yeah bro i had the exact same problems with these laptops.The price of these laptops are cheap for a reason. Company uses low grade components like ssd and Battery. After 1 day of usage my laptop was showing no bootable device found and went into recovery. i had opted for refund as this product is not available.

I have a few questions-
1) Where did the replament arrive? Your address or at the centre?
2) What happens to the warranty?
3) Under whose name does the new bill come?
