You share so much of the information you have, and I feel bad I can't return the favor by sharing back the news I discovered in my weekly journal, only because we are not on the same xmpp/matrix/telegram channel.

So I will comment here: lately I started to wrap my ssh connections with a program called "trzsz-go" (for tmux, and "lrzsz" for screen), and it allows you to download and upload files from and to the machine you're connected to, with a nice TUI interface, by using the existing connection on port 22 without the hassle of typing the entire scp command.
It utilizes the Zmodem protocol from 1986.

Also, I sold my PinePhone Pro and my Kindle, and bought a "Boox Onyx Poke" eink with Android where I installed the following through F-Droid:
DeltaLab, Element-X (Matrix 2.0 superfast), and TERMUX to use terminal on the go.

You don't know it yet, but that is your new favourite device because the battery lasts 3 weeks and it cost 150 eurodollar credits for an octa-core that you can connect to a 8" Bluetooth foldable keyboard and it doesn't strain your eyes when reading HackerNews directly under the sun or in your bed 🤓
