Amazing.
ОтветитьI live out in the country in KY. Just got T Mobile home internet. My son needs a good ping and fast speeds to game. I was concerned and thought I could never get the same speeds as we were used to in the city. I am actually getting 700 down/100 up right now. I am willing to try to improve on that. I am really close to a tower and unsure which company's tower it is. Think this a product to go with? Or am I just lucky to get what I am getting now being as the tower is 1.25 miles away?
ОтветитьThank you.
ОтветитьHope the sim card from T-mobile home internet will work in it. I just got the backup plan for $20 a month.
ОтветитьThanks for this. I'm not keen on opening up my tmobile box and installing antennas myself, so this looks great. Looking forward to the speed tests.
ОтветитьJust test the damn thing already. Who cares what is in the box
Ответить3,7 MAX so 2024 lol
ОтветитьI have been in the IT industry since 1990 and have worked with computers and programming since 1978 and nothing is worth what they are asking for that product. $699.00 USD. out of their minds.
Ответить5G Cheetah AX3000 - $450.00 USD
ОтветитьNate, -22-140 degrees Fahrenheit is pretty good for temperature specifications given this thing will be outdoors. Thanks again!
ОтветитьCan you show how you do an alignment using that feature? I also would love to see the dual SIM fail over capability demonstrated.
ОтветитьHi @NaterTater - thanks for this video. I've been on the verge of purchasing a waveform 2x2 for small Netgear 1000 I have at a remote location.
However - this is extremely interesting as I am able to get low signal 4G tmobile standing the deck.
I'm thinking this might be a better option than just adding an antenna.
I'm currently using AT&T Business Unlimited, which is costing more than I'd like. I get about 30 down 5 up with an antenna inside the cabin (an A Frame cabin with metal roof and side).
It's a two story, and at the peak is an old Dish Network / DirecTV dish mounted that I don't use.
Do you think something like this could be mounted to that old dish arm?
I'm looking forward to your test results.
Do you know if this unit works with AT&T Internet Air? I have the All Fi Hub (egg shaped) and want to either hook up an external antenna to it or replace it with a unit like the Elsys.
ОтветитьNate, correction 100M max on twisted pair ethernet
ОтветитьJust so I'm clear. I have Tmobile in my area for home internet. If I got their service I could take the Sim card out thier modem and place it in this unit for better signal boost amd performance?
ОтветитьGood presentation. A third party modem is the way to go. But so far I'm good with with a stock gateway and no antenna. This appears to be a Ferrari and priced as such. Integrating the modem and the MIMO using ethernet cable for an outdoor application makes a lot of sense. I'm sure it won't be long until others copy. Competition is good thing and I'm grateful that you stay on top of it and keep your subscribers informed of the latest developments. Looking forward to your testing.
ОтветитьI plan on waiting until the full Nater Tater reviews are completed, plus reading a few other independent reviews before considering this new $700 product. Be sure to read the return policy.
ОтветитьThis can get connected with Ethernet cable directly to t-mobile gateway? Am I understanding that correctly? Also I’m trying to understand the SIM card thing. What are we doing with T-mobile SIM card?

ОтветитьWill you do a review on a Chester trident?
ОтветитьLooks like nice new technology but as everyone has eluded to, price is high unless it would receive double the speed of my current memo 4x4
ОтветитьThanks for the review! Have you seen anything in their documentation about lightning protection? With starlink I know there are some PoE lightning grounded pass through boxes that have been leveraged to address the lightning concern.
ОтветитьHi Nate. Do you know if I can use either one of the Verizon cubes.
ОтветитьCan you use this with the New Verizon 5g gateway CR2000?
ОтветитьMy internet has been all over the place for the last 90 days I talked to a T-mobile supervisor and they said I’m lucky I haven’t gotten kicked off and suggested I looked for a new provider because they said I was going over the 1.2 TB and I was averaging over 4TB a month and was “Quote” using to much bandwidth even tho I’m locked in at 50$ for “Unlimited Data “ that’s why my speeds have been all over the place I guess because they want me to leave so there finding ways to really mess with me I’m at 600 ping used to be in the lower 20s can I not sue them for this?
ОтветитьShould I go with the T-Mobile Business or Home in order to use this device?
ОтветитьThis certainly looks a lot easier than modifying the Verizon cube and installing an exterior antenna.
ОтветитьThis device has eSIM capability, but it is currently not enabled or usable. The plan to integrate its' use is planned, but again not currently active.
ОтветитьThis is for an RV that is located in a campsite in Sturbridge Massachusetts with lots of tree cover. Although T-Mobile supposedly is good in this area. I have mint mobile that runs off the same Towers and cannot use my phone at the campsite. I am hoping the antenna and router works well for me. I have a Winegard system that was installed by the manufacturer. It is less than adequate and burns through data.
I'll be ordering the Elsys Amplimax from Wireless Haven. I'll be pairing it up to a GL.iNet GL-X3000 (Spitz AX) 5G NR AX3000 Cellular Gateway Router. Both of those units have dual SIM card slots. Which of the two units should I install the SIM cards?
I was going to buy mint mobile and AT&T prepaid sim cards on Amazon.
What do you think?
