At a university they push CRT or else you can't graduate with your degree. Guess how much it costs to take those CRT classes? An extra $500 per month for 4 months. That should be illegal. They force us into paying for classes that do not pertain to our major. Otherwise, we aren't allowed to receive our undergrad. This started in 2016. It's absolutely ridiculous.

A true example of systemic racism - Canada's INDIAN ACT?

The INDIAN ACT reduced Canada's Aboriginal peoples to legal status as minors. Therefore the Ottawa government of Canada set up a system of apartheid against the First Nations. This discriminatory system must be considered as systemic racism since it is based on laws and principles consciously developed and accepted by the majority of citizens even today. This reality, unworthy of a country that calls itself evolved, largely determines the troubled relations that have existed between Aboriginals and non-Aboriginals since 1876.

An example of discrimination resulting from this law: The INDIAN ACT does not confer any property rights on the Native people since it is impossible for them to buy the lands in the reserves, this one being the exclusive property of the Crown, Crown which belongs to the British Monarchy to which King Charles III was recently elected non-democratically, in office by blood ties only. This state of affairs therefore limits the ability of Aboriginal people to borrow and reduces their financial autonomy. They have different rights from other citizens simply because of their Aboriginal status. This form of segregation is a blatant demonstration of systemic racism.

I’m just going to say this as a black immigrant. U can’t call it systemic racism if almost 5 million black people from the African and Caribbean diaspora come to America and earn $59,000K compared to African Americans that make $42k a year. U can’t call it systemic racism when I’ve been pulled over 19 times in this country and I’ve never been in an altercation once with a law enforcement officer. U can’t call it systemic racism if everything that u say works against black Americans doesn’t work against black immigrants. We come here to work and make a better life for ourselves. I have contacted congressman , senator's, countless lawyers all to tell me they are sorry for the injustice I am going through its just not their jurisdiction.
This started as an immigration case but has turned into embassy abuse of power.
2018 my husband went to Slovenia for a US Embassy appointment. They returned his i130 case stating our marriage licence wasn't valid ,we had to get married again this time in Maribor ,Slovenia. I had to file another i130 and then we had to wait. Feb.1, 2023 he got another us Embassy appointment. My husband never got interviewed with consular. Worker had child there during interview which was distracting because she kept taking documents from the counter. Please help we have 5 children he's a good husband ,man and a great father. The lady conducting the interview had her child there who was loud playing pulling documents from the counter. She kept insinuating he has aliases of a Mahmood or Mahmoud to which he said no there's no chance he only goes by an has ever gone by Jasmin Sahmanovic which is my name from birth . She claimed we had documents missing that weren't they were just on the floor because her child took them . She said to leave interview is done mail in documents and have a job guaranteed before Visa would be processed. Which was not a requirement on family based visa that's a requirement for a work visa.Then after months of waiting we get an email that they refused him saying his i601a waiver was revoked where it is not shown in any system, because the form is still valid and not revoked . i601a approval waiver which is its own form and isn't combined with another form it is its own entity. We didn't need it to file for it we filed for it as a precaution if something went wrong.
Who holds them accountable for wrong doing? How is it OK ,my family is suffering, my children are suffering my health is suffering. I have to fight with do I want my husband , my children to have their father in their lives or choose my country who is making me have to be a single mother.
