I work on videos in Magix and my videos end up disappearing so I have to start them over again. Do you have any suggestions about what is going on and what I should do? Is this a problem with the program?

hello there, I bought the new 2022 premium version just under a week ago, I can not install the program, the installation just keeps pausing for some reason, it is very frustrating, have you any idea why this is happening? thanks

I just want to warn you guys. Don't expect any loyalty from Magix …
Don't expect and loyalty or sympathy from Magix it simply doesn't have meaning.
I first bought Xara Version 1.x back in 1995 and since then had bought every version, probably over 30 designer products and also included many of their other programs, originally from CD and then later from downloads.

More recently I have hit hard time, I am now 65 and have become ill after having TB, I am a veteran of the RAF and now supported in care by them, this means that I can no longer buy upgrades without cutting corners on food and bills. I have did ask for help to upgrade but got a flat refusal. So now I am stuck with a mandatory upgrade message every time I login.
Don't expect that being a loyal customer will mean anything to them in the future it just won't happen

Magix and Xara guys, listen up

Loyalty works both ways and when you lose that you lose the ability to keep customers. I was so hurt by this I wanted to give feedback, but since have found out that all forums and discussion groups have disappeared after Magix took over. I think that may be telling in itself

Sorry but this software sucks.... Can't even cut video sequences properly... And laptop starts overheating for some reason. xD

good for fast paced videos?

hello magix,what spec of computer are required to run all features in mgx edit pro..i cannot export my video evrytime i use last movement templates,the zoom zigzag with only two layers...i have mgix pro 2013 and 2014, my computer is ddr3 ,64bit os w7ultimate,with videocard of 1gb/128bits,,pls. tell me whats wrong, it always go to crash log in exporting video using 2 or 3 zoom zigzag template at the same time..

Is there any option on where to install the program? I installed from the CD and it automatically installed on Drive X, when I wanted it on Drive Y.

LOL..... 2019... and they worry about DVDs.... this software seems dated. Is it even possible to wipe angle and Play exr image sequences?

Awesome editor for the price....and its easy to use.....

I've been using this program for two dozen hours and the fact there is no pause button kills me. Turns out there is, K. This is a life saver along with J and L which will save me a ton of time. Good program so far (for the price) although it has crashed on me twice. It seems to auto save often so I never lost much work. There are still bugs here and there but a quick restart seems to fix them.

Magix is very easy to use when learnt . I have magix 17 plus it will beat most other soft wear .

Every video I try to import ends up being shrank into the top left corner with stretch blurs around the right hand side and the bottom to fill the screen. It does this automatically, any idea how to fix this?

How do I get my nagivation bar back. It disappeared.the very top where it says magix file edit effects windows share help. HELP ME PLEASE.

This video editor sucks balls.

Importing a videofile takes very long. Separating audiotrack from the video files takes also very long. The pre calculated time needed to separate the track is not appropriate at the end. Magix should learn from Blender. Even an mkv is being imported very fast, which is impossible with Magix. I have bought x4 in the past and was hoping that the latest versions should be an improvement in these aspects. But the trials have convinced me that it's still not the case.

since installing Magix Video products on my computers my computer starts overheating, cpu fan whiring where it never used to before ? They deny having any kind of spyware but I have put their software (and add on's) on 3 different laptops, a 7,8,10 machines and they are NEVER RIGHT again after putting Magix software on it. Beware of Magix, an O.K product but I will never install it again on any new computer.

My videos dont upload even thougj it says completed?

Too much spyware the data collection is beyond what is acceptable.
