ОтветитьHi Lulu! I have been watching all of your healthy eating vids! I am so inspired. I have quite a bit of weight to reduce and am waiting until the 1st to weigh in. I have always been a big "sweets" person but I am finding that is fading with staying off flour, sugar and some other products that don't "serve me well". I got the same scale you showed, in pink! I got myself a beautiful "big-ass salad bowl" at the thrift shop and it's so pretty- white with blue flowers. I bought real olive oil and avocado oil. I am having trouble finding the japanese sweet potatoes near me... We can't hate the weight off, we have to love ourselves healthy. I think for most of my life I have tried to "hate the weight off". Feeling deprived and punished... You show us a brighter, happier and healthier way! Please keep these videos coming! At this point I need daily reminders to get myself to stay on the healthy track. I am still establishing my new habits. Thank you!!!

ОтветитьThis is how I started shopping better for myself. Watching your videos and seeing the veggies protein you put together made it easy to think of what I had to grab and steam or oven roast toss onto a bed of salad greens and I got a great meal for myself.
