If you like this song, I really recommend listening through Deep Purple's second and third album (this song is on their third album). They are my favorite albums and I feel like they share a lot in style. Of course they have other songs that isn't on these albums, like Child in Time that I love, which also share a similar style/ vibe (at least imo).

How many of you realized that this song is also the inspiration for Vow of Revenge from Ninja Gaiden on NES?

The music alternates between Hotel California (Eagles) and a Zelda dungeon theme sound.

Not only Zelda, but also the background music in Ninja Gaiden when the 2 ninjas are battling at the title screen movie sequence...it's all over the place!

I know about the Zelda connection, but this has been ripped from for other games, listen to this ( especially first two minutes), then go listen to the opening cinematic in the NES version of Ninja Gaiden 1 just after Ryu's father falls in battle, then come back here and like this comment! 💋

This song deserves to be in the L.O.Z movie. It did do a lot of the series after all.

A Legend of Zelda fact video taught me of this song's existence. This is really great song turns out. I was born in April so that makes it even cooler.
