Thanks for the upload! I'm planning a thru-hike myself and couldn't help noticing every other thru-hiker starts the trail at Minehead and walks counter clock-wise. Any reason for that?

There's a book about this, it's called,600 mile walkies and yes it does include a dog as well. A good read.

What did you do for accommodation?

My dad's family comes from an area of Appalachia where almost everybody is of Scottish descent, so we figured we were also Scottish...but DNA tests showed that we originated in Cornwall. I didn't know anything about Cornwall until I found that out, but now when I see videos of it I'm just totally in awe. Suddenly, my grandfather spending hours upon hours staring out into the ocean makes a little more sense lol. I thought we were Scottish mountain folk, turns out we're Cornish beach people.

OK when the dogs walked into frame I just about lost it.
