Please don’t insult us Italians like this. Your recipe is ALL wrong. Ricotta??? WTF?! Where is the besciamella?
And sugar??? Why the hell would you do that???? 🤦🏻♂️
And 30 minute sauce??? Good god. A good bolognese takes 3.5 hours.
