ОтветитьThis is my daily workout that I just wanna write down for myself but if anybody else wants to try it too then feel free :)
1: Warmup routine (Neck rolling, stretching ect.)
2: Squats
3: Idk what it's called but when you raise your leg up to your chest while twisting backwards
4: Toe touches (Spread legs)
5: Push ups (If you're not strong enough, take a break after every 5-10 push ups)
6: Crab/Bridge (It's very important to only hold it for a short amount of time otherwise your head will start to hurt so come down after about every 15 seconds)
7: Toe touches (Closed legs)
8: Idk what this one's called either but when you're on your stomach you lift your head as high as you can without using your hands, then at 30 seconds switch to lying on your back and lifting your legs
9: Plank
10: Just shake it off and pat yourself on the back for bearing through the workout. Good job! :D
And make sure to eat, if you're trying to lose weight then not eating won't help, you'll be hungry and put yourself in an u healthy situation so instead of going on a diet where you don't eat, try a diet where you eat just more healthy.
Oh and what I like to do is go on a run before or after this workout because it helps with loosening your muscles and it's just that extra push to make yourself feel more accomplished 😌
I use this to take a hot and cold shower. tysm!

ОтветитьI'm looking for something sort of like this, either in an app or here on you tube. For example, you set the timer for a half hour. At first, you only hear a ping about every 3 minutes. But as the time goes down, it gets faster. So like at 10 minutes, the ping is once every minute. By five minutes, it's going off every 30 secs. By 1 minute, every 5 secs. And the last ten secs is every second. Then an explosion or whatever.
