Planet fitness doesn't have a water bottle rule for bottles under 1 gallon . Its 1 gallon or more that is against the rule. The rules are on the website.

They guy with the water bottle, I have to side with him. If there nothing documented, and nothing in any signed contract that states water bottles MUST fit in the bottle holders in their gym equipment, then they really can't do anything about it. I don't see what the issue was anyways. Are they worried about the bottles condensation dripping on the floor? They wet-vac the floors constantly anyways. Unless there's something Im missing, they can't have this guy leave solely on the water bottle size. Who is supposed to know how big the cup holders are anyway? Bottles come in many shapes and sizes
