Note: I’m doing this workout after a full body and standing abs workout, basically a stretch, sort of 😅
Day 1: this was actually harder than I thought 😅 after a minutes, my arms were almost on their last stand. Managed to complete the workout tho.
Day 2: did this at 6pm, definitely got a lot more easier, bc I was listening to music.

day 3- ✅ I'm starting to think that my arms are a bit more toned but let's see
day 4- ✅ It's getting easier
day 5- ❌ Had to spend the entire day in school (Gonna double it tmrw)

day 7- ✅ My mom said that my arms are so toned tday I'm so happy 🥺

day 9- ✅ Getting tough cuz I'm doing a lot of tests so I gotta study real hard 😖
