Idk about other people, but all my muscles start hurting beyond what I can tolerate if I DON'T constantly stretch. I'll drop on sidewalks in grocery stores, 1 foot out the window while driving lol, I don't care who's looking. I'm 45 & my muscles have been in athlete mode since my mom was still doing flips on the high bar 7 months pregnant with me. And I was a pro athlete for some years. I thought as I got older my muscles would stop screaming at me 24 hrs a day to stretch, but it hasn't happened. Hence why I love these girls saying, "Just sleep in a strech"❤ That's HOW IT IS! And every one of you reading this can be assured that if u start, & keep going, you'll learn that, "A body in motion MUST stay in motion". After even a few years no matter your age, that muscle memory is a son of a *****! You become it's slave lol. As Nike says Just Do It.

the crazy part, is if she just did all of what ana told her and took it seriously she would probably have it.

It took me 7 years I started gymnastics when I was three and I couldn’t do the splits and just one day I got my split back again
