Worst mediation ever. Sorry but it was. I cannot meditate when you're telling me to do something after I've breathed out and you're already talking about something else when ya just told us to do this or that. It was terrible. Mediation is not done this way. Way too much talking. You aren't supposed to talk the entire time like that. And if you do, do it correctly. Meaning stop talking that much. It ruined the whole thing. It's too many interruptions when it shouldn't be. I have no clue how anyone got one thing out of this, at all. Real meditators like me know this is something you cannot meditate on. At all.
