ОтветитьThese exercises helped me in recovery from pain. Now these are in my routine exercises for strengthening the back and core. Based on my personal experience, these are must to do, for all, in their daily workout (can be done any time, anywhere. Max 10 minutes with rest). We usually ignore back exercises even if we are in a habit of walk, jog, pushups, pull ups, etc.
