Ответитьoh my god! im a kid and ive been so sad that i wasnt really in shape and tbat my friends were making fun of me bacause i was getting to the point to being fat, but not fat yet. i have been desperate and depressed about my body for years and i finally said to myself that i was going to change, and this was the video that changed my life. so thank you rowan for making me confident about myself again.

Day1: Pretty simple, Just needed to find a routine for it. I’ve worked out all summer and skate so im pretty slim, Just some excessive fat too lose. I go to school so i tend to walk around for a majority of time
Day2: Really easy :) I’m definitely more toned and am not bloated!
Day 3: Hard to do this day but i did it :)
Day 4: Took 2 days off, but i did them. Harder to do considering i need to check the time
How many times a day do I do this?

ОтветитьFor every1 trying this for the first time make this the first thing u do before anything else don't do triceps or legs before this cuz legs will cram up like crazy and the last exercise u will have no triceps strength left

I will admit I had a difficult time on some of the exercises, but I made it through great video. Thank you.
Seems useful but neck pain is there , if we do these ina row for 3 weeks sure there will abs.
