Hey! I really enjoy your videos. I work in the service industry as a waitress while I’m in college.
Would you make a video about communication with your managers, and about serving? Thank you
Your teachings are truly life changing. Mistakes in communication can seriously ruin your life. Literally yes.
ОтветитьThank you sir
ОтветитьAm I the only one who needs to learn more on all 8 of them..
ОтветитьExcellent articulation
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьThis was so helpful
ОтветитьThank you Alexander 😊
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьI'm from Ecuador, thank you so much for the video!
ОтветитьSoft skill is basically make people do what you want.
ОтветитьThese Recommendations hit closer to home than I would like to admit. But right on target. That being said the wounds of a friend are better than the kisses of an enemy. If we are never confronted with the areas we need to develop and grow in, transformation is not possible.
Ответить❤️🐘💃🏾😘
ОтветитьThanks you teacher
ОтветитьThanks for your great video. Personally, I am very interested in learning how to work efficiently and keeping motivation when working conditions seem ambiguous.
ОтветитьExcellent video. One thing I'd like to acknowledge is that these Soft skills overlap. For instance, one could use communication skills to build good interpersonal relationships and vice versa. Points mentioned about flexibility is very true. Id say that To be successful, Soft skills is a vital for everyone regardless of one's occupation.
ОтветитьAmazing 🥱
ОтветитьThank you soooo much!
ОтветитьGreat Lesson, Thank you sir!!
From Bangladesh 🇧🇩
Love it, thanks
ОтветитьGrin and bear it.
If you can smile while your boss is talking about corruption, tax evasion or defaming a college you have a good hand.
Be an asshole in a world of assholes and smile in theire faces while they use you.
These are soft skills
Really great information.
ОтветитьI love your explanation
ОтветитьSir, beautiful explain.
But sir now make a video on how to improve be best in these skills.
Something he's doing in the videos is using the stories of others which is another technique which I bet is intentional here. Everytime he gives an example it's of someone else. Humans give more credibility to "third party" experiences rather than if the host was just talking about himself and his experiences. Example: "I had a colleague who was promoted based on his leadership skills" rather than "I was promoted based on my leadership skills."
"I have a neighbor who said this is the best neighborhood he's lived in." rather than "This is the best neighborhood I've lived in."
Always give third party accounts and yes even fabricate it if you need to, say if you have a difficult crowd. If it's your experience, make it someone you know instead. A coworker, previous supervisor, friend, neighbor
Thanks for these. (I teach them.) The great thing about soft skills is that you can take them with you; they are always in demand, especially by hiring managers and especially now. WSJ, Forbes, and others emphasize them above hard skills.
ОтветитьThank you for this video, it is important for me,how aobut to be Came a leadershep smart in my organizqtion, thanks al lot of.
ОтветитьExcellent job sir, I'm from Pakistan ☺

ОтветитьHi Alex! Thank you for sharing this information. I will certainly take the time to beef up on all 8. It never hurts to do refreshers, even when you think you're doing great. I subscribed to your channel and look forward to viewing more of your content, Thanks!
ОтветитьI'm very glad I found your channel.
ОтветитьAm interested in the pdf and more videos on this sir
ОтветитьI love this lesson! Well said
ОтветитьGood video
ОтветитьThanks for sharing. The work place really needs to hear from you, learn and praticalize all
ОтветитьI need to leadership skills and management skills to work productively.
Ответитьa great leader is not always a great manager and vice versa.
an inspiring leader can sometimes miss important operational details when forging onwards and exploring ideas. a leader needs a manager, so they can lead.
an effective manager identifies staff with particular skills (ex leadership or commeraderie, communication) and uses those skills to benefit the team. no one person embodies all of the soft skills, but an attentive manager can create a team that does.
Wow!
It is best explanation and easy to understand.
Keep up!
Mine problem was conflict management
ОтветитьI need to improve flexible and adapable skill!
ОтветитьFlexibility and adaptability
Ответитьthese are the bs "skills" you need to work in the corporate world aka kissing a$. this bs is akin to wearing a suit suddenly makes you smart and professional
ОтветитьThis was very, very good. I have a 2nd interview coming up and this is a tool that will be very helpful for others, like myself, to use. Thank you for sharing. :)
ОтветитьRecently found your channel. My most recent supervisor had none of these skills and I always wonder how she was able to get her position. I ended up resigning due to the work environment being toxic. She created conflicts. But it is good to have these skills...it's a must
