You should add onion powder or diced onion in the pot. The flavor would be great. Also there are other seasoning that don't contain sodium for cardiovascular diets that add more flavor with the lemon. Lemon pepper purchased at the store contains sodium so get a fresh lemon and zest it and mix it with black pepper for a healthier 0% sodium choice seasoning

I used an “already washed” spinach from a bag. It cooked perfectly like you show! I am amazed! I make spinach quesadillas about 4 times a week.I’m addicted. Use any type of cheese with some feta (or not),maybe a little sour cream on top of the tortillas, so yummy! The vitamins have made my hair and nails grow fast! Nice side effect spinach!
