Fruits have enzymes while donuts don't. That's the difference. So I think it is okay to eat those fruits.

You said all the studies on eating a lot of fruit is observational, And a bunch of bs according to you, but never provided Any research that backs up what your saying that eating fruit is bad because of the amount of sugar like you are saying. You also compared a jelly donut to a serving of most fruit which is a bunch a bs you can not Compare refined sugar to natural sugar.

Woah .. the amount of carbs in fruit is shocking. Too bad I wasn’t taught this information when I was younger and how too much fruit is bad for the liver and that even natural sweet foods can still cause insulin resistance and be fattening too.

I'm sorry but he is wrong. All you have to do is cut out everything else. Bread, rice, soda, juice etc. and you will be find. The most important things is exercise. You can eat fruits but its the other stuff that is the problem.

I lost 70lbs and ate ~500g of fruit on most days the entire way through, including many fruits on this list (apples, nectarines, bananas, pears, etc.)

you do not need to avoid fruit itself, though like everything else, it should be moderated.

Everybody, continue to eat fruits everday. Fruits have natural sugar. Fruit is what God gave humans to eat when He created them. Vegetables were added after sin Read Genesis 29. Of course, we should eat all foods in moderation.

If there are no studies showing that fruit has no impact on weight loss then that must also mean that there are no studies showing that fruit causes weight gain. Do you know what studies have shown to cause weight gain? DONUTS! To even imply that donuts and fruit have the same elemental breakdown is ridiculous. There are NO natural sugars in donuts, do you know why? It's because donuts aren't natural, fruit is. All studies have shown(please look it up)that the sugar in fruits have ZERO negative effect on the human body. The comments here praising this doctor are sad. It's just another reason to not have to eat fruit. Fruit is not your enemy, misinformation is.

I was watching another video about people who have an enlarge prostate. The person was on about the problem is, imbalance of the hormones. Insulin is the main cause. It has a knock on effect with the other chemicals in your body. They said stop eating high sugar foods, like bananas, oats, oranges, grapefruits etc.
It’s had to believe what is right or wrong. I know you’re on about reducing weight and not prostate problems. But these foods must have some detrimental effect on the body.
Although I’m lost with all this, it’s still a good video anyway 👍👍

Nothing but fruit in the morning is the healthiest fat burning diet going.
You don't have clue why the body stores fat. It has absolutely nothing to do with calories.

Is garden dirt keto friendly? just joking, I have thrown out a full jug of 3% milk, apples, dried figs, which I was using as a snack. I started a week ago by not eating bread and got rid of the sugar, it almost seems that going calorie constriction might be just as much fun!
