you do not need to avoid fruit itself, though like everything else, it should be moderated.
So basically fruit is now off limits. 👍

Do you know what studies have shown to cause weight gain? DONUTS! To even imply that donuts and fruit have the same elemental breakdown is ridiculous. There are NO natural sugars in donuts, do you know why? It's because donuts aren't natural, fruit is. All studies have shown(please look it up)that the sugar in fruits have ZERO negative effect on the human body. The comments here praising this doctor are sad. It's just another reason to not have to eat fruit. Fruit is not your enemy, misinformation is.

ОтветитьI was watching another video about people who have an enlarge prostate. The person was on about the problem is, imbalance of the hormones. Insulin is the main cause. It has a knock on effect with the other chemicals in your body. They said stop eating high sugar foods, like bananas, oats, oranges, grapefruits etc.
It’s had to believe what is right or wrong. I know you’re on about reducing weight and not prostate problems. But these foods must have some detrimental effect on the body.
