I supposedly have a fissure and have had to take much time out of work bc of the pain! My gastroenterologist even had a compound cream made for but made the pain worse. I ordered this a while back for what I thought was hemorrhoids. So, I tried it tonight for the fissure and the pain is much better and the cooling felt great! I Irritable Bowel Syndrome with diarrhea so, I’m not sure how to help that but for now, pranicura is my go to and I hope I no longer have to miss work because of this pain! Since I just had the surgery my main concern is the incessant itching. As mentioned I use Calmoseptine which helps for about 15 minutes or so then it flares again. Is your solution similair or have longer lasting effects. Also since my Anal fissure and botox procedure Ive been using Dialtiazem everyday but this could be the root of my itching or thinning my walls? I dont know just wandering in the dark.😢

I also use a Bidet religously. 29 dollars on Amazon and easy to install.

Ive had anal itching for a few months now. Also just had hemorrhoid surgery. The itching is at a whole new level. So intense Im about to lose my mind. I was using Cortisone suppositories I think for too long and possibly caused thinning of the walls. I also had an Anal fissure beginning of 2023 and had Botox which thankfully healed. Another issue is that I have a Hiatal hernia which causes constipation. I use Metamucil with tons of water and mixed results. You can see that I have this ongoing formula that is resulting in chronic conditions I will probably live with forever. Im hoping this cream is a miracle cure. Calmoseptine helps a little. I hope this isnt the same thing but I am hopeful.

just wanted to say thank you! have a fissure and i ordered this cream to the UK. first day of using it i felt amazing! now been using it for around 2 weeks and have currently no more issues with my fissure. i also added chia seeds to everything i eat and cut out diary food. never thought i'd get to this stage so quickly.

Ok so i purchased this. Ive been using it for 3 days. Is it normal to have an increase of bleeding? Day 2 a bled lightly with no pain. Today i bled and had pain. I did eat more yesterday so todays bowl movement was bigger. but... idk. Back to tiny meals.

When you apply, do you keep it on, or wipe off after a couple minutes? Was looking at the instructions and it doesn’t say.

Hello, is it ok to feel nauseous 1-2 hours after application?

I can see how itching can be a big issue with fissures but honestly I never get the temptation to scratch that area. I’m curious if panicura will allow the sphincter to just relax. In my situation this is my main issue. Lidocaine seems to relax muscles best So far.

I need something to relax rectal muscles.

Also the anal itching at night has me wondering if i have worms. Googled anal it himg at night. The worms crawl out of the anus to lay eggs. It said most people have these parasites but they become a problem when they overgrow. Overpopulate. Should i be concerned or is this just hemorrhoid itching? Im embarrassed to tell the doctor. They don't like when i play dr google and i worry they think im a hypochondriac. I have so many things wrong with me. Its miserable and depressing. @yourfriendlyproctologist what do you think?

Ok. I got mine in the mail today and read directions. Hard to follow. I accidentally cut the paper directions when opening the bag. I really think the firections need to be streamlined. Not good. Not sure what im doing.
