Freight Train Chronicles: First Scrimmage in Two Years, Do I still have what it takes?

When I show up in your city...."Don't expect Freight Train of 2019, you're getting Tinisha of 2022". 😂😂😂.

Here's a little clip of me playing 🙊🙈😬. It was my first 2 minute jam in a LONG time. (2 years) Somebody look at this...help her (me)! 😂

I got to play almost every other jam tonight which was helpful to Kickstart getting my jamming endurance back in action. 💪 I had a good time.

But in all seriousness the best way for me to combat fatigue and get prepared to restart derby in my life is to actually get out there and play! So huge shoutout to Casa Grande Roller Derby and friends for coming out!

Fun Fact: I did a 1.5 hour cardio intensive Xtreme Hip Hop step class and drove straight to scrimmage! It was a good day!
