do NOT use himalayan pink salt that shit will burn ur nose off if you have non iodized kosher salt that will work fine just shake well so it can break the chunks into the water
Ответитьso i have ben doing this for a while now probably liek 10 years now i guess and at first i was making mines this way and i heard about the omeba aswell but about 3 years or so into doing this saline flush i started thinking about the fact that im boiling the water to kill any bacteria but then i put salt into it after i boil it and i wanted to just put this out there to be safe maybe mix the water and salt first and then boil it because then it kills the bacteria that might be living in the salt also usually we eat salt so its not that big of a deal but putting it into our sinus maybe that bacteria could become aissue . anyway just my thoughts hope maybe this helps to add to this videos thoughts .
ОтветитьHow much baking soda?
ОтветитьIn cooking it's said that coarse salt dissolves faster since it has more surface. Either way one wouldn't rinse the nose until all the salt is completely dissolved so that's a bad reason to exclude coarse salt...
ОтветитьThis may be a dumb question but can I use this as an eye wash ?
ОтветитьYou mean this is like OTC nasal spray?
ОтветитьGosh just get to the point dude
ОтветитьIs using tap water with a PUR faucet filtration system safe? Is drinking this amoeba laden water just as dangerous, especially if you have short bowel syndrome?! Please & thank-you!
I’ve used course salt but I let it sit in water over night and warm it in fridge. Dissolves pretty well I think. I’m wondering if we can use baking soda instead of salt please, & thank-you?
Hypotonic makes you with less energy, hypertonic makes you agitated. Isotonic makes the proper connection with reality. Slightly hypotonic is good to clear infection and debris but redo the washing after a while with isotonic.
ОтветитьStraight to the point
ОтветитьI also boil my water before drinking
ОтветитьThanks Doc 😊
Ответитьcan you use Reverse osmosis from your water machine? Like Culligan water jugs?
ОтветитьBoiled water is simply water that has had the temperature increased until it reaches its boiling point. This kills a host of bacteria that can make a person sick.
Distilled water is water that has been stripped of all impurities, including minerals and microorganisms. Distillation can remove nearly all impurities from water. Compounds removed include sodium, hardness compounds such as calcium and magnesium, other dissolved solids (including iron and manganese), fluoride, and nitrate.
What do you want up your nose?
dood wtf are you seriously a doctor because you are horrible at explaining things in detail. how much baking soda? this could be cut down to a 30s video. put the recipe in your description.
ОтветитьYou didn’t even tell us how much backing soda I needed!!!!!!
ОтветитьCan this be used for spider veins
ОтветитьMy recipe for the last 20 years: 1 cup of water, boiled or distilled, 1/4 teaspoon Kosher or pickling salt and you can also add 1/8 teaspoon of baking soda if you want. I found the organic baking soda better. The Arm and Hammer crap gave me an ammonia smell afterwards.
I now use the Navage system for better results.
Why the salt? How come people don't just use straight h2o?
ОтветитьOk that looked like 3 cups of water and a table spoon not tea spoon
ОтветитьWhere can I buy a good nasal spray bottle? I'm looking for spray bottle with the spray bottle pointing UP instead of to the side. I currently only have the latter, which I was able to find at Target.
ОтветитьOk but how much of each?
Ответитьif people are searching for this video they probably are in pain and looking for relief (FAST) such as i am. too much talking. get to the point.
Ответить"is most tap water safe? yes probably" lol yes that a be why most of the country uses some sort of filter system.
And Himalayan sea salt? really? and what sea up in the Himalayan's does it come from?
Spring time will never see it coming😏. I’m ready😎.
ОтветитьThank you! I was looking for tons of different solutions and this gave me peace of mind. Going to slightly warm distilled water and add regular salt
ОтветитьSings along if you know:
I thinks this time…
Thank you Dr Matt Damon
ОтветитьYears ago when I worked with an eye doctor, we had a patient that made her own contact lens solution with distilled water. She went blind. Distilled water is not sterile. In this patient's case, acantamoeba was the problem. Again I stress, distilled water is not sterile. I would not put it in my eyes or up my nose. Hope this helps someone.
ОтветитьFor a doctor you’re all over the place. First it’s 2 cups. Then 1 cup. No actual written recipe. Be more clear
Ответить'Some baking soda' Yeah, that's helpful.
ОтветитьI just wanted the measurements. Not background.
Ответитьthis guy is the first actual doctor who I've heard talking in a slight southern accent.
ОтветитьOk
ОтветитьThank you very much doc!
ОтветитьCan't hear him.
Ответитьhong long it its before to expire
ОтветитьI add a few drops of povidone iodine to this.
ОтветитьThank you! Can I use this in place of drug store nasal spray? I was thinking of putting in a spray bottle.
ОтветитьI felt like I was making drugs
ОтветитьA bit too much salt in the mixture is less irritating than too little salt.
ОтветитьThank you! Do you know what % of hypertonic saline is safe for nebulisation? Is soda bicarbonate solution PH 8.4 safe for nebulisation? How to make it?
ОтветитьMany Thanks, from 🇧🇷
ОтветитьDo I need to boil the water before
ОтветитьCan I use this for microscope slides?
ОтветитьBlow each nostril or until empty at high velocity, increase fresh non p a spring water, of you can, increase milk and build up a tolerance to hot peppers and organic spices, you might not get you lungs...
Ответитьwhy wear gloves, huh? this dues info isn't terrible,. but, I don't think he's a doctor
ОтветитьSo is that 2 parts salt to 1 part baking soda?
ОтветитьWould a saline solution like this be ok for use in enemas or would a different mixture be necessary.
Ответить
