You have made two attendance type those are "WEEK OFF" and "CASUAL LEAVE" under pay Attendance/Pay with leave. So, when you create payroll, the basic salary must be calculated for 31 days but the calculation deducted week off and casual leave. That is why the total basic salary shows 5,032.26 which is for 26 days. What will be the probable solution?
