I am glad that all of you have found this book! I hope that it opens up a door inside you to a way of peace and understanding. Real martial arts is not having to directly fight at all. Avoid a fight at all costs. A soft and gentle and thoughtful answer turns away wrath, But harsh and painful and careless words stir up anger. This is priceless advise! It is better to convince an enemy to be a friend to change hateful feelings to those of love and compassion. Respect for all life is the most precious gift you can give the world.
